Diana Sanchez-Vega, MA, BS, CMI-Spanish, CHI-Spanish
Founder & CEO
​Diana is a twice nationally certified Spanish medical interpreter. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychological Studies, and a Bachelor’s of Science in International Business. In addition to her native Spanish and near-native command of English, Diana is also versed in Portuguese and French.
As the Founder & CEO of Sanchez-Vega Communications, LLC, Diana’s skill set has developed over the last 30+ years to include training of bilingual individuals to maximize the value of their language skills, career coaching,
and being an expert of thought-provoking subjects in speaking engagements. Diana excels at facilitating interpersonal bright connections, learning processes, and program development. Her focus is to empower others to have effective, accurate, and complete communications.
​Raised in the duality of the Anglo-Argentine environment, Diana learned at an early age how to navigate between two cultures, two belief systems, and two social environments. Once in the US, Diana immersed herself in a true process of acculturation by engaging with the communities where she lived. She has served as an advisor for multiple local nonprofit and government organizations, and has also been honored with the 2021 'Spirit in Entrepreneurship' Award from the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award for nonprofit leadership.

When not working, Diana enjoys building 3,000+ jigsaw puzzles, engaging in new arts and crafts, and exploring the eclectic city of Nashville, her home away from home.
Nasima Loutfi, CHI-Arabic, CoreCHI French
Director of Language Coaching
A native of Casablanca, Morocco, Nasima is proficient in Arabic, French, and English, and versed in oral Amazigh - the language of the nomadic indigenous people of Morocco who hailed from Africa, Spain and Portugal. The middle child of three daughters, Nasima met her American-born husband in Morocco and moved to the US in 2017 to start a family.
After working for two years at the YMCA as a YPLAY member and front desk attendant, Nasima trained with Diana and is now an Arabic Certified

Healthcare Interpreter, and a French CoreCertified Healthcare Interpreter. In her role as Director of Language Coaching, Nasima provides guidance to up and coming Interpreter Language Coaches, co-administers and oversees language proficiency assessments in Arabic and French, and acts as the in-house Arabic and French Interpreter Language Coach.
Besides spending time with family, Nasima enjoys baking, hiking, and reading fiction.

Denisse Reinoso-Silva, BS
Coordinator of Digital Assets
Born and raised in Santiago de Chile, Chile, Denisse moved to the US in September 2021 to join her Mom, sister, and nephews living in Nashville, TN. Denisse holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and her professional background includes heading up an administrative services department and being in charge of buying and implementing a computer system for the organization she worked for.
In addition, Denisse’s experience includes working at a helpdesk assisting
end users with SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamic 365. Her ample experience also includes providing services as a business consultant to implement Microsoft Dynamic systems in logistics and HR, working with both public and private enterprises.
When not working or hanging out with family, Denisse enjoys doing CrossFit training.
Claudia Zuazua, MBA
Community Development Coordinator
Born and raised in Mexico City, Claudia also lived in Peru and Colombia before settling in the US. Sworn in as an American citizen in 2018, she has called Nashville home since 2013. In addition to being a Qualified Spanish Healthcare and Education Interpreter, Claudia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
Claudia’s extensive professional experience includes working in HR for Bridgestone Americas Mexico, teaching Spanish and interpreting for Williamson County Schools in Tennessee, and working as the Community

Development Manager for Williamson, Inc., Chamber of Commerce.
Additionally, as a passionate and committed member of the communities where she lives, Claudia is a trained Williamson County volunteer Children Appointed Specialist Advocate (CASA), a Board Member of the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and an active volunteer with Conexión Américas.
Besides being a proud mamma of two young adult sons currently in college, Claudia is an avid runner with 30 marathons under her belt and more than 70 halves. She loves to travel and enjoys Peruvian, Japanese, and Lebanese cuisine, among others, and baking cookies and alfajores.

Suzel Diego Guerra, BA
Director of Language Assessment & ESL
Suzel was born and raised in Piedras Negras, Mexico. She moved to the United States with her family at the age of eight where she faced the struggles of learning English as a Second Language. Through her journey of learning English, she discovered her passion for language and communication.
In 2018 she received her bachelor’s degree in linguistics and cognitive science from the University of Michigan, and later became a language arts and special
education teacher for the Chicago Public Schools District in 2020. In 2022 she became a qualified healthcare interpreter at a locally renowned hospital. Her educational background, and experiences as an educator and healthcare interpretation allow her to organize, develop and administer language proficiency assessments.
During her free-time, Suzel likes to sing karaoke, play board games, hike in nature, read comic books, and listen to music!
